Is this an official TikTok service?

No. AdBridge is not TikTok and does not represent TikTok. We provide access, setup, and billing within the onboarding structures available in certain markets, so advertisers can run campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager.

Is this setup allowed?

Yes. This setup does not bypass platform rules or use hacked or shared ad accounts. We operate within standard onboarding and billing frameworks used in markets where direct access is restricted for smaller advertisers.

What is the minimum funding amount?

There is no required monthly minimum spend.

Who owns the ad account?

The advertising account is created within a partner Business Centre part of the regional onboarding structure. You have full control over campaigns, budgets, targeting, and creatives, but AdBridge handles account setup and billing infrastructure.

How does billing work?

You fund your advertising via pro-forma invoices issued by AdBridge Group. After payment, funds are added to your TikTok Ad Account. A 10% access and billing fee is applied each time you fund the Ad Account. There are no fixed monthly fees or mandatory spend commitments.

How quickly can I start advertising?

Eligibility checks and setup are usually completed within one business day. Once setup is complete and the initial setup fee is processed, your Ad Account is ready for funding and advertising.

Do you manage or optimise my campaigns?

No. We do not create, manage, or optimise campaigns, creatives, or targeting. You (or your team or agency) run all advertising activity independently.

What happens if I stop advertising?

Nothing. There are no contracts or ongoing obligations. If you don’t fund your Ad Account, you don’t pay anything.

What if TikTok changes its onboarding or billing rules?

If platform rules change and affect this setup, we will inform you and discuss available options. You are never locked into long-term commitments.

Do you provide support?

We provide support related to access, billing, and funding issues. For campaign performance, creatives, or strategy, you remain fully in control or can work with your own agency.
